About freight
Take the shipment of four wheels to the United States as an example,
Plan A International Express (UPS/DHL/ FedEx /EMS)
Transportation time is about 9-12 days
The freight is expensive, about 600USD to 1300USD
Plan B International shipping (Ocean freighter)
Transportation time is about 45 days
The freight is medium price, about 400USD to 600USD
Plan C China Post (Surface Parcel)
Transportation time is about 25 to 50 days
The freight is low about 250 to 600 USD
Trading Rules:
1 Payment methods: Paypal, Western Union, Bank Transfer
2 We offer quotation for more than three types of shipping, Air Parcel, Surface Air Lift and Surface Parcel, Door to Door Delivery.
3 Buyer is responsible for the payment of customs duty if needed. When the goods arrive at their destination, the customs may examine them.
4 We have received 50% advance payment, and the production will start after the customer confirms the drawing, which is expected to be completed within 15~25 days. Pay 50% balance payment and shipping cost before shipment. (or full payment + door-to-door pickup)
5 Due to the high cost of customized forged wheels, it’s impossible to sell it again. Wheels are not accepted for return unless the quality problem caused by us.
6 Please note: the shipping company cannot process or refuse the delivery warranty claim if it has not been clearly and formally notified by their delivery driver that the goods were damaged upon receipt of the delivery and have further evidence of the instant photos.

Q: How to pay
A: We accept Paypal, Western Union, Bank Transfer, etc.
Q: What about the quality of the wheels?
A: We use the 8000 tons forging & Spinning machine to spin 6061 aluminum. All wheels will be analysed by finite element analysis before production.
Q: How do I cancel a deal
A: After the deposit is paid, the production starts, so the deal can not be cancelled, unless the ‘cancel notice’ is timely enough before the wheel production. In general, $200 design/drawing cost has been existed, so the rest of the deposit can be refunded if we both get agreement on the deal.
Q: I'm not sure what size of wheel I should have on my car?
A: Please tell us the car models and which year, we will submit the appropriate wheel data for you to choose.
Q: Can I return the wheel if it is damaged?
A: If the damage, quality problem, of the wheel is caused by our manufacture, we will refund the money
Q: Is it safe to ship from China? How fast? How much is the freight?
A: Usually, we offer more than three kinds of transportation: Air Parcel, Surface Air Lift and Surface Parcel, door to door, delivery service and each has traceability. We cooperate with globally influential companies to provide the best shipping cost.
Q: What if I have paid all the money and the goods are lost in transit?
A: We can buy insurance related for our customers. When the goods are lost, we will request the insurance company to pay for them.
Q: I don't know if the wheels are really what I want until I receive the goods, so I feel hesitant to place an order for payment.
A: Don't worry. We provide drawing service. We will draw/design the wheel for you after you pay the drawing fee, and send you the drawings. After you confirm, we will continue to complete the deal.
Q: I think it's safer to pay for wheels in an online store with PayPal buyer protection.
A: Good idea! We have an online store, I can make an online product exclusively for you. You can buy through Paypal and enjoy the buyer protection policy.
Q: How if the wheel color is different from what I want?
A: Slight color difference is possible due to some reasons. Therefore, we suggest that the customer can provide us with the color swatch or PANTONE color number, or we send some color sample pictures to the customer for confirmation.
Q: How long will it take to finish my wheel?
A: Usually, the customer pays the deposit, we complete the design drawings. The wheel will be finished within 15-25 work days after design confirmation.
Q: I create my own wheel design and I want to protect my Intellectual Property. Can you keep my design secret?
A: Sure, we can sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure that the information of the wheel will not be disclosed by us in any public environment.
